Once again the world's best Benchrest Rimfire shooters will gather for elite world's competition, this time in Lisbon - Portugal. The 2nd World Rimfire Championship will be held between the 18th and 23rd of July 2016, at the Jamor Shooting Range (National Sports Center) located near the Tagus river inside the Lisbon district. Portugal has 12 hours of sun light in July, making possible to have other activities after the day´s match. One of many possible activities will be to visit the Lisbon city and the surrounding area. To make sure you won't miss a thing we have provided valuable information about some of the best places you should consider to visit. I would like to remind that Portugal and in particular Lisbon, is a touristic destination specially during summer (July, August and September). For that reason making reservations as soon as possible is highly recommended. All the best and cheapest hotels, inclusive cheap plane tickets are usually booked 6 to 8 months earlier. You can do reservations much later but the price probably won't be the same.
